Location is definitely a 10/10 right in front of JR Yufuin station. The beds are double beds and pretty comfy. There's also a fridge, kettle and microwave. U can buy your own food or soup from 7-11 and warm them up in the room. No staff to do check in. DIY on tablet with the PIN provided thru your email. Abt 15min walk to Lake Kinrin.

Very comfortable stay and the construction of the room on the 1st floor is very fine and detailed. I was very impressed. Very much appreciate that a washing machine with dryer function is provided as all my hotel and ryokan throughout my trip do not have the facility. Just right in front of the train station and you will not have to worry about missing the train. Clear instruction given in the room file and at the washing machine station.

The location is very good, just next to the train station, and within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and the shopping street. The room is cozy and clean. Staff is very prompt in helping when we call, even during New Year Day.

i like that it has complimentary facilities such as washing machine and private rooftop onsen with great view. furthermore it’s just right outside Yufuin station.

The room is simple and sizeable enough to feel comfortable. In-room facilities are quite complete. Staff is friendly and helpful and ready to assist when you ask for help.
